We aim to treat our patients courteously at all times and would expect our patients to treat our staff in the same way.
In line with the rest of the NHS, we have a Zero Tolerance Policy towards abusive or aggessive patients. Any patient who is rude or abusive to any member of the Practice Team, or to other patients or visitors may be removed from the list.
Any threatening behaviour or actual violence will be reported to the Police.
