If you have any suggestions to improve our services, please use the “Suggestion Box”, or speak to any of our Doctors, Practice Nurses, Receptionists or Practice Manager who will be happy to hear from you personally.
If you are unhappy about any aspect of our service, the Practice operates a Complaints Procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. Please speak in the first instance to the Practice Manager, Mrs Nicola Tinsley, who will give you further
information. Our Practice Complaints Leaflet gives details of the procedure and is available at reception.
