Travel and Holiday Vaccinations

The Practice Nurses run a comprehensive travel clinic service and are happy to give advice on vaccinations, malaria tablets and other medication you may need.

Please make an appointment as early as possible – at least 6 – 8 weeks before travel – as some vaccination schedules need to start at least eight weeks before you travel. At this appointment you will be required to complete a travel questionnaire detailing where you are travelling to. A copy of this form is available in the following link; please download and bring with you to your appointment.

Travel Questionnaire

Some vaccines are not provided free on the NHS, and attract a fee – please ask at Reception for details.

Please note payment for vaccinations is required prior to the first injection. Payment for a complete course is required prior to the first administration. Payment can be made by cash or cheque (made payable to Winch Lane Surgery).

The Practice is a Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre.
